ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 29-11-2024 The present civil review petition is filed seeking review of the order, dated 15.12.2023, by which this Court has allowed the writ petitions filed by the petitioners in C.W.J.C. No. 16164 of 2022 and C.W.J.C. No. 16335 of 2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that this Court while allowing the writ petitions filed by the petitioners has inadvertently noted the facts pertaining to some other case and therefore the relief portion also has been wrongly given. Counsel has therefore prayed this Hon'ble Court to set aside the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.167 of 2024(5) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 order, dated 15.12.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16164 of 2022 and C.W.J.C. No. 16335 of 2022.

2. A perusal of the order passed by this Court vis-a-vis the facts of the case reveals that inadvertently the facts pertaining to some other case has been typed as a result of which the relief granted by this Court is also not in consonance with the prayer sought for in the Writ Petitions.

3. Having regard to the above the order, dated 15.12.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16164 of 2022 and C.W.J.C. No. 16335 of 2022 is reverted. The C.W.J.C. No. 16164 of 2022 and C.W.J.C. No. 16335 of 2022 are restored to its file.

4. The Registry is directed to post the matter for hearing on 10th January, 2025.
