This is an application for quashing of order dated 22.05.2015 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur in Maintenance Case No. 138 of 2011 whereby and where under learned Judge was pleased to direct this petitioner to pay a sum of Rs. 4000/- as maintenance amount to Opposite Party No. 2.

The interim maintenance of 4000/- has been fixed by the Principal Judge. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no instruction that whether the petitioner is paying the interim maintenance.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30359 of 2015(4) dt.17-02-2023 2/2 In the opinion of this Court, the interim maintenance is on the lesser side.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
