====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 79 of 2020 registered under Sections 30 and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioners. The alleged recovery has been made behind the house of the petitioners.
