ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 10-11-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner not appeared despite repeated call and learned A.P.P. for the State appeared. Vide order dated 26.09.2022 learned counsel for the petitioner seeks 4 weeks' time to file supplementary affidavit in this regard. Thereafter, this case was listed on 01.11.2022, on the said date no one appears on behalf of the petitioner and as a matter of last chance one week further time was granted for compliance of order dated 26.09.2022. It has also been warned on the said date that if no one appear or earlier order shall not be complied with, appropriate order shall be passed. From the office notes, it transpires that supplementary affidavit has not been filed as yet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also not appear today despite repeated call.
