2. This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.02.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions JudgeXIV, Muzaffarpur, in Cr. Rev. Case No. 162 of 2017.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take proper steps for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law.
