Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 382 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that FIR is against unknown and there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been remanded in this case from some other case on 02.06.2018. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Darbhanga Sadar Police Station Case No. 61 of 2018, with the following conditions:
