1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. This writ application has been filed for quashing the notice dated 14.08.2020 issued by the Circle Officer, Dhanarua, Patna (Respondent No. 6).

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to non-availability of supporting documents as of from the District Land Acquisition Office, Patna or Office of the Executive Engineer, National Highway Division, Gulzarbagh, Patna, the Circle Officer, Dhanarua, Patna (Respondent No. 6) has stayed the encroachment proceeding vide order dated 14.09.2022, initiated with respect to the land of the petitioners in question, details of which has been mentioned in the said order dated. In light of the above situation, learned counsel for the petitioners requests for disposal of the present writ application.
