The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 200/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Notice was issued to the opposite party No. 2, but the opposite party No. 2 could not be found on the address. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the Annexure-2, the present anticipatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41836 of 2021(3) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Benipur, Darbhanga, in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 200/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
