2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is only alleged to be order giver and co-accused Mukesh Rai assaulted the informant on his head by means of iron rod and lathi due to which he sustained.
4. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. There is no specific overt act alleged against this petitioner. Specific allegation of assault is alleged against co-accused Mahesh Rai.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. 1 st Class, Saran, Chapra in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. case no 277 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
