Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 135 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 307, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case previous enmity. The specific allegation is against coaccused Raja Paswan and Ajay Paswan and nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the

No.32613 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S.
