The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakra P. S. Case No.448 of 2018 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the specific allegation of assault to the deceased is attributed against co-accused Rabindra Rai and Dharmendra Rai and the petitioner, a lady, has been named as simply a member of unlawful assembly and co-accused Basudev Rai, who is also named in the FIR along with the petitioner has already been granted pre-arrest bail vide order dated 01.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19435 of 2019, as contained in Annexure-2 to this application by a co-ordinate Bench of this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30099 of 2019(2) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 Court, the petitioner, who is in custody since 14.10.2018 is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P. S. Case No.448 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (a) that the petitioner shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed;

(b) that the petitioner shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case; and (c) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
