2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant is driver of the Truck No. OD16E7454. When he was going with his truck, in the way, a blue colored Alto car stopped his truck after overtaking it and four unknown persons who were inside that car got down from the car and apprised themselves to be officers. They demanded papers from the informant. When he denied, they assaulted him and after snatching Rs. 5,000/- and one mobile set from his possession. They fled away with that truck after forcibly ousting informant from the truck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that although the bail petition of the petitioners was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 29.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26516 of 2024, but the petitioners are renewing their prayer for bail on the ground of their prolonged incarceration i.e. nearabout 1 year and 5 months. He has further submitted that on similar footing, co-accused, Konain Raza @ Md. Kaunam Raja has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 29.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 29016 of 2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
