This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 16.06.2015 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Khagaria in Maintenance Case No. 29M of 2013 where under the petitioner has directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs. 1500/- per month to the opposite party no. 2. This Court does not find any illegality in the impugned order dated 16.06.2015 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Khagaria in Maintenance Case No. 29M of 2013.
