2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.A. Case No. 2086 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. Vide order dated 13.08.2025, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.

5. It has jointly been submitted that the mediation has become successful. The terms and conditions of the compromise

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32604 of 2025(4) dt.12-11-2025 2/2 entered into between the parties has been annexed with the mediation report dated 31.10.2025.

6. Both parties have resolved their disputes. The couple has decided that the petitioner shall pay Rs. 2,50,000/- to opposite party no. 2 as one-time settlement. It has been jointly submitted that Rs. 50,000/- has already been paid by the petitioner to the complainant. The remaining Rs. 2,00,000/- is to be paid in four equal monthly installments.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-Ist, Katihar in connection with C.A. Case No. 2086 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

8. The bail bond shall be accepted provisionally and it shall be confirmed only after payment of the entire amount within the stipulated period.
