JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 27-03-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.2 namely, Raj Jague has since been arrested during the pendency of the application and seeks permission to withdraw this application in so far as petitioner No.2 Raj Jague is concerned. In such circumstances, the prayer of the petitioner No.2 Raj Jague is dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard Mr. Najmul Hoda, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner No.1 apprehends his arrest in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of Indian Penal Code.

No.30466 of 2014 (3) dt.27-03-2015 2 / 2 Mr. Hoda learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner No.1 that the deceased brother of the informant was in relationship with the accused Sahista Khatoon and that the deceased was called by the petitioner No.1 Imtiaz and thereafter he was killed. Considering the nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner No.1 Imtiaz. This application is dismissed.
