Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties, referring to the show cause, particularly para-7 whereof, submits that the order of this Court has been complied with as the land has been settled with the concerned beneficiaries and Parchas have been issued.

Considering the aforesaid, there is no point to proceed any further with this case. In the event, the statements of the

Patna High Court MJC No.1895 of 2016(5) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 opposite parties are found to be incorrect, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to file a petition for revival of the present case.

With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
