2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the materials on record, the Court finds that the order dated 10.05.2016 passed in CWJC No. 18056 of 2015, stands complied with.
3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
4. However, if the petitioner still has any grievance with regard to the dues payable to her, she will be at liberty to move an
Patna High Court MJC No.524 of 2017 dt.23-07-2019 2/2 application before the Municipal Commissioner, Ara Municipal Corporation. If the same is done, the officer shall look into the matter and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from filing of the representation. If any amount is payable, the same shall also be paid to her within the next two weeks.
