JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 The learned counsel for the parties submit that the lis involved in the present writ petition, no longer survives, inasmuch as the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Union of India vide notification dated 21.05.2019, has been pleased to increase the number of seats of MS (Orthopaedics) Course pertaining to the Patna Medical College, Patna from three to six. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed. It goes without saying that
