====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-12-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Srinagar P. S. Case No. 19 of 2020 dated 05.05.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

A theft was committed in the house of the maternal uncle of the informant and suspicion was raised against the petitioner because of a secret information that some of the looted articles are kept in the house of the petitioner. From the house of the petitioner, articles of daily use and consumption have been recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2020 and up till now he has not been made accused in any other case.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Srinagar P. S. Case No. 19 of 2020.

The petition stands allowed.
