2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the FIR bearing Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 1 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The contention of the petitioner is that the chargesheet has already been submitted.
