Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 2/33/41/42 of Indian Forest Act and 2/27/29/31/51 Wild Life Protection Act. Considering the nature of allegation that the petitioner was involved in cutting the trees as well as considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner of identical nature, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail if the trial is not concluded within six months from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31030 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 with Forest Case No.20F of 2016, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
