2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 385 and 34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per prosecution case, when the informant was going to his house, in the meantime, Golu Singh, Rupesh Baba and two other unknown riding on two motorcycles came there and exploded two bombs from back, as a result of which, the informant fell down and they also fired on informant by pistol, but the pellet did not hit the informant. It is further alleged that one day ago, Aditya Pandey (the petitioner) demanded extortion money of Rs. 20,00,000/- from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been remanded in this case from Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 502 of 2023 on 08.12.2023 and since then he is under custody.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-IX, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
