The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed to him. The petitioner, who is aged about 70 years old man, is rotting in judicial custody since 02.04.2020.
