2. This application has been filed on behalf of petitioners against the impugned order dated 20.08.2018 passed in S.Tr. No.1131 of 2009 arising out of Gardanibagh (Shastri Nagar) P.S. Case No.346 of 2005 rejecting their discharge petition by learned Additional Sessions Judge XI, Patna.
3. From the status report received from the court concerned, it appears that the proceeding against accusedpetitioner no.1 Vijay Kumar Singh was dropped because of his death on 26.09.2022 and rest two accused persons-petitioner nos.2 and 3 have been acquitted vide order dated 07.06.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of as it has now become infructuous.
