The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 37 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 379, 411, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Moreover, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery of theft motorcycle has been recovered from the back side of house of the petitioner and he has no concern

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31049 of 2020(2) dt.22-12-2020 2/2 with the alleged motorcycle. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 15.06.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st, Class, Katihar in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 37 of 2020.
