2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"That this is an application for issuance of a writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the legitimate dues like Provident Fund, 50% D.A. merger w.e.f.
1.1.2005 Medical and other legal dues as mentioned is representation with interest at the rate of 18% per annum and Cost of this proceeding."

3. From the pleadings on record, it appears that the admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid. However, with regard to payment of Provident Fund, a final amount has been shown without there being any calculation chart.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3, to provide the calculation chart to the petitioner within one week from the date of production of a copy of this order before him. Upon the same being done, the petitioner shall have liberty to file a representation with regard to any error in such calculation. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from the date of receipt of the calculation chart, the Registrar and Finance Officer of the University shall get the matter looked into and pass reasoned order within one month from the date of filing such representation. If it transpires that any further amount is required to be paid to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within three weeks from the date of passing of the order. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) P.
