2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 30.11.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 907 of 2014 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 30.11.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 907 of 2014, this Court had directed the respondent-BSFC to return the relevant documents

Patna High Court MJC No.2351 of 2016 dt.25-04-2018 along with no dues certificate to the petitioner, but the same however have yet to be returned with no dues certificate.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite parties appears and invites attention to paragraph-5 of the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 3 to submit that the documents can be handed over to the petitioner upon his indemnifying the corporation from liability in that regard by filing an appropriate affidavit. It is further submitted that upon compliance by the petitioner the no dues certificate shall be issued and the documents returned to the petitioner without undue delay and in any event within a maximum period of 15 days thereof.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner expresses that there is no difficulty in doing so.
