JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 25-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, office will place the matter before the Bench.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No.168 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 26.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28702 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42008 of 2021(2) dt.25-08-2021 2/2 2020 on merit. Again, on 29.07.2021, the instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner. No new ground is taken in the present bail application. Considering the same, since the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on merit on the last occasion and no new ground is taken in the present application, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
