JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 494 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegation made in the first information report against the petitioner and others for causing death to the brother of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67195 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
