2. This petition has been filed for quashing the cognizance order dated 14.08.2018 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Bihra P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016.

3. As per the report of the learned Trial Court dated 18.06.2026, the discharge petition filed by the defence counsel is pending.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take all the points as raised in this petition, before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage in accordance with law.
