====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.5.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 24722 of 2018. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court by aforesaid order in which he was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, but he could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time because he was in Delhi to earn his livelihood and became ill. Copy of medical certificate has been enclosed as Annexure-2. The prayer has been made to extend time by further six weeks to surrender in the Court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28712 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 This modification application is allowed with direction to petitioner to surrender in the court below within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy this order. In the event petitioner surrenders in the court below within aforesaid period, he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 16.5.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 24722 of 2018.
