In this case, the petitioner is seeking direction for implementation of the order passed by the Authority under the Minimum Wages Act.

As the order has been affirmed by the Appellate Authority, this Court is not the Executing Court of the order passed by the Authority under the Minimum Wages Act. However, if the petitioner approaches the appropriate authority, it goes without saying that, he will be obliged to ensure the compliance of their own order.
