2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Singhaul (Singhoul) P.S. Case No. 178 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 111 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)a, 26(1), 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, illegal arms and ammunition were recovered from the shop of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2024. He further submits that co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 17807 of 2025 dated 16.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that an illegal arms factory was found running in the shop of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that illegal arms factory was running in the shop of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner even though the co-accused was granted bail by this Court.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
