In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 353, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the co-accused including the petitioner is to have assaulted with Lathi and iron rod to Ravindra Kumar Singh, employee of Electricity Department, causing injury to him and they also snatched the bill, mobile and Rs. 4623/- from Pramod Kumar Jaiswal. The petitioner has got criminal antecedents.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
