====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-12-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumra P. S. Case No. 42 of 2020 dated 04.02.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2020. The allegation against him is of having attempted to steal a motor-cycle but he was prevented of doing so because of the timely arrival of the owner of the motor-cycle.

Regard being had to the period of custody and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31366 of 2020(2) dt.02-12-2020 2/2 the nature of accusation, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Dumra P. S. Case No. 42 of 2020. The petition stands allowed.
