This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner herein and other accused persons having thrown the deceased victim lady in the river.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent, he has been falsely implicated in the present case and he

The learned A.P.P. for the State, Ms. Anita Kumari Singh, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the materials available on record as also those available in the case dairy, this Court finds that prima facie, there are ample materials on record to suggest the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence and the petitioner is stated to be the main accused, hence, I do not find any merit in the present case, accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed.
