The petitioner seeks regular bail in S.T.No. 359/2014 arising out of Dhanarawa P.S.Cse No. 4/2014 under Sections 25(1)(AA)/25 (a-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act pending in the Court of learned F.T.C.- IVth, Patna.

It is alleged that the petitioner and one Sharan Vishwakarma were arrested from the house of Sharan Vishwakarma and it appears that huge quantity of arms and ammunition and articles meant for manufacturing arms were recovered.

Considering the facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30826 of 2014 (3) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 trial, preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
