From the pleadings and materials on record, especially, the averments made in the second supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the Board, after service of copy on learned counsel for the petitioner on 16.08.2019, and there being no rejoinder to the same, the Court finds that the order dated
Patna High Court MJC No.2107 of 2017 dt.14-10-2019 2/2 08.11.2016 passed in CWJC No. 16765 of 2012, has been complied with.
3. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off.
