The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is non-consideration of his case for grant of promotion from Lower Education Service to Subordinate Education Service with consequential benefit.
Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to Memo No. 583 dated 03.06.2016 submits that juniors to the petitioner have been granted benefit of promotion and consequential benefits but the petitioner has been denied the same.
Patna High Court CWJC No.16321 of 2016 dt.01-05-2018 2/2 The writ application was filed on 26.02.2016 with two advance copy to the office of the Advocate General yet neither the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed nor counter affidavit has been filed.
In aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to work out entitlement of the petitioner for grant of promotion from the date juniors to the petitioners have been granted promotion and consequential benefits. The entire exercise must be completed by the respondents No. 2 and 3 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
