The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.8 of 2013 registered under Sections 414 and 413 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence as also the fact that name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
