Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State through virtual mode.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. case No.258 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307, 504, 379, 341, 354, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31949 of 2020(2) dt.28-01-2021 2/2 18.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.66330 of 2018 stating that final form has been submitted by the police against the petitioners. After two years, the present bail application has been filed stating that the Court below has differed with the said police report and taken cognizance in the case. Be that as it may, I have no reason to interfere with the earlier withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
