JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to obtain succession certificate,in accordance with law, in order to claim retiral benefits of the deceased employee, namely, Late Arun Kumar Jha.

At this juncture, the learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent no. 7 submits that she is the official wife of the deceased employee, namely, Late Arun Kumar Jha and has got all the retiral benefits as is also getting regular family

Patna High Court CWJC No.10173 of 2017(5) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 pension, hence there is no merit in the present writ petition and the same be dismissed.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 7, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies available to her for redressal of her grievances, including that of obtaining a succession certificate.
