The petitioner seeks bail in Mahua P.S. Case No. 580 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(ii), 34(ii), 38(ii), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

466.560 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from Maruti car and this petitioner along with others fled away from the place of recovery after seeing the police party. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the vehicle in question and has got nothing to do with the alleged recovery. Petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2021. Investigation is complete.
