The petitioner, who is in custody since 01.07.2020 and does not have any other case to his credit, seeks bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 159 of 2020 instituted for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of liquor is from the house of one Anil Jha and the petitioner is sought to be prosecuted in this case along with other accused persons on the charge of storing such recovered liquor in the house of aforesaid Anil Jha. Regard being had to the nature of accusation and
