The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner allegedly caused multiple injuries at the head of the cousin brother of the informant with sword. The Doctor has found simple injury. The aforesaid fact appears from the F.I.R. as well as the impugned order.
Considering the nature of allegation which is apparent that the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on anticipatory bail in connection with Nagar Sahayak Police Station Case No.06 of 2018 pending in the court
