JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.02.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the I.P.C and Section 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and seven live cartridges were recovered. Considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014.

Since the petitioner is accused in two other cases of similar nature, let learned Court below cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if the petitioner gets substantially

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30852 of 2014 (4) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 involved in similar nature of offence or defaults for three consecutive occasions during trial.
