The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/ 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Submission is that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence of murder of the husband of the informant. The suspicion is against the petitioner and others also for property dispute; whereas one more corner is there of suspicion against former Mukhiya Om Prakash on the basis of disclosure by the deceased to his wife, who is informant of this case.
