After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender within a period of four weeks from today, and if the petitioner surrenders within the specified period, the learned trial Court is directed to consider the bail prayer on its own merit without being prejudiced to the present order and dispose it of the same day.
