The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. From the rented premise of Santu Kumar in the house of the petitioner, recovery of liquor was there. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Submission is that the raid was conducted after Mr. Santu was found selling liquor, somewhere else. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
