Mr. Kamal Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in view of the statement made by the State in its counter affidavit that District Teachers Establishment Committee, Samastipur, in its meeting dated 20.10.2017, has granted promotion to the petitioner. The name of the petitioner stands at serial No. 76 of the promotion list, dated 20.10.2017, annexed at Annexure 8 to the counter affidavit.
